Seasonal Fee & Deposits
Winter storage/reservation is non-refundable, due Sep 13, and the $500 is credited against the seasonal fee (non-transferable).
Visitors & Guest Nights
$12 per car per day
$12 per adult per overnight (18+)
When Trailer Owner is NOT Present
$40 per night, per family
$50 per night, per family
Permission of management + trailer owner required for anyone using the trailer who is not listed on the License of Occupation.
Optional Add-ons
First cutting $50, then $25 each (if management cuts)
